Delicious Meals

Kio-O is known for its excellent meals, and even better - you can relax as the meal is being prepared!  The head chef at Kio-o, specializes in vegetarian health, and uses her talents to develop varied menus based on vegetable protein and fresh vegetables, from as many local sources as possible.


All meals are served as an all-you-can-eat buffet. People with allergies or intolerances should mention it when booking or upon arrival. In Kio-o, all the guests do their dishes at every meal. It's fast, efficient and user-friendly.

Pilates with Brigitte Robitaille

Brigitte is a mother, a teacher, a mover, and passionate about the human body! When she’s not seeing clients or training the next pilates instructors, you’ll find her spending time with her two lovely daughters and husband – preferably in nature – or being nerdy and reading about mind-body stuff! Her 14+ years as a pilates instructor, pilates teacher-trainer and massage therapist have made her realize that by connecting to our body, our breathing and our soul we can greatly improve our health. Her holistic approach helps her clients find their mind/body connection in a calm and down-to-earth environment. Since the birth of her first daughter, she became particularly interested in the health and well-being of pregnant and post-partum women. She offers pre and post-natal classes and workshops in Montreal and its surroundings and is looking forward to hosting this special retreat for women only.

Yoga with Jodie Duplisea

Jodie Duplisea is also a mother, therapist, teacher and shaker!  Outside of work, she loves music, to move, and to travel.  She started practicing yoga in elementary school to recover from a major gymnastics accident and it became part of her life.  Knowing the power of the body to heal naturally, she dedicated her professional life to study and teach the best natural healing techniques and help others deal with stress and pain with a sense of lightness and joy.  With a yoga practice of more than 35 years and many years of studies in yoga, massage, aquatic therapy and Chinese medicine she treats her clients minds, bodies and soul holistically.  She offers massage therapy in Montreal as well as aquatic therapy and yoga in Val David.  As a busy mom with her own business, she is thrilled to host a silent women’s retreat to reconnect with your true self.
